These hour long sessions will give you all the knowledge you need to take the next steps and feel confident. Also with 1 on 1 attention you can ask anything you want. I will follow up with an email of what we discussed so you'll always have that resource to go back and reference. 

Cloth Diapering 101

The average baby uses 7,000 diapers! Wouldn't it be great if we could save the landfill, our wallet and the chemical exposure? This is a full rundown on how to cloth diaper. Including, what types of diapers are available, how to use them, and how to wash them. Cloth diapering is less toxic, sustainable, and has a huge cost savings. This is a 60 minute virtual training session. Normally $100, currently HALF OFF at $50 for a limited time!

If you are looking to use cleaner products in your home, this consultation is for you. A lot of cleaners are full of harsh and harmful ingredients. Sign up for a consultation with Lizzy, where she will test the air quality in your home, take an inventory of your current products, and offer improvements and easy replacements; leaving you empowered. 

In-person (Appleton, WI) $150, 60 min.
 OR  Virtual $150, 60 min.(air quality metering cannot be done virtually, but I will be able to get a good idea from our converstaion) 

New Baby 

Are you expecting? Or have a new baby? Let Lizzy help get your home ready for your precious babe. The focus will be on products for Baby, and personal care items for Mom and other family members who are in constant contact with the baby, as well as Cleaning and Laundry because these create toxins in the air, on surfaces and in clothing/linens, etc.  This is $150, 60 min.

Early Potty Learning

Average age of potty independence in the U.S. is 3yrs old. The rest of the world is 1yr old. Interested to learn how to do this? It's called Elimination Communication (EC). You respond to your baby's cues and start them from a young age about using the potty. This is an introduction to EC. Your baby has a natural instict to not soil themselves. It is only over time that they learn to go in their diaper. EC is about responding to your baby's cues to have to go and giving them the opportunity to use the potty. This is a $100, 60 minute session. This is designed for babies 0-18 months.
